OPEC cuts oil output

I love this (not really). These rich, oil producing nations are crying because the price of oil has dropped a little. So what do they do? They are cutting production to try and drive the price back up.

Here's a quote from Algerian Energy and Mines Minister Chakib Khelil:

"The credibility of OPEC is at stake"

Credibility?!?!? You guys make billions of dollars, support terrorist nations (some of you), and slam the United States every chance you get. Well I've got news for you: The US will develop an alternative energy source one day and you will be left high and dry. Don't come whining to us.

OK...a show of hands. How many of you know that these oil producing nations have already whined about the US even pursuing an alternative energy source? They want to be subsidized if this happens. I think they have been sniffing too many petroleum fumes.
